Introduction

The Canton Fair, officially the China Import and Export Fair, is China largest and longest-running comprehensive international trade exhibition. Established in 1957, the fair has been held continuously every spring and autumn for nearly seven decades, earning the title of China No. 1 Exhibition. The 140th session runs from October 15 to November 4, 2026 at the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou, with an expected 314,000 overseas buyers from more than 200 countries and regions converging on over 1.55 million square meters of exhibition space.

The fair is organized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People Republic of China and the Guangdong Provincial Government, and hosted by the China Foreign Trade Centre. It is structured in three phases, with each phase featuring dedicated product sectors. Phase 1 (October 15-19) covers electronics and household electrical appliances, lighting, vehicles, machinery, hardware, and new energy products. Phase 2 (October 23-27) focuses on consumer goods, gifts, and home decoration. Phase 3 (October 31 - November 4) showcases textiles and garments, shoes, office supplies, cases and bags, food, and medical and health products. Around 26,000 exhibitors participate in each session, offering importers a direct sourcing channel to thousands of China manufacturers.

Phase 1 (October 15 – 19, 2026)

Phase 3 (October 31 – November 4, 2026)

Textiles and garments, footwear, office supplies, cases and bags, recreation products, food, and medical and health products.
